Did you know that Kids are as stressed as you in this fast paced world? They are faced with incessant lessons, busy parents, video games, malls, and sport activities.
And often times, it’s difficult to see their own stress until they are ill because for us, they are children ruled by adrenaline.
But it’s important to note that stress is a chemical process and not a feeling.
Yoga, from research helps tremendously in combating pressures that comes from everyday life.
Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that’s non-competitive. Fostering cooperation and compassion—instead of opposition—is a great gift to give our children.

Yoga, unlike other exercises brings its own unique colour of fun. It allows you room to bond as children are particularly chatty in nature, and it also allows you joke with your kids. By nature, children do not just like to talk but move, and with Yoga, you can make them move by assuming different poses which can be fun and at the same time healthy.

Don’t just practice Yoga with your children, bring them to a state of awareness by engaging them in conversations to deepen their minds. Create a responsive environment for them to uncover their truths and by that; you can tell them of how strong and tall they can stand in the world like a tree.
Don’t just be the teacher during Yoga, understand that your kids can also teach you and welcome their thoughts.
