Fun breakfast recipie

 Breakfast is the most important food of the day, however we are well aware that preparing a special breakfast daily is not possible, with your superkids hurrying for school and you the parents hurrying to work. Hence the recipie is perfect for a big saturday breakfast, or you can mix and store the pancake mix in the fridge overnight and simply fry them in the morning.  

This recipie is healthy because it contains banana which is a super food. If your child is lactose intolerant please replace milk with water. 

2 ripe bananas 

2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

3 eggs

1 1/2 cup milk


Mash the bananas untill its smooth

Sieve the flour into a bowl

Add the sugar and Baking powder

Mix the dry ingridents

In another bowl break the eggs

Add the milk

And add the mashed banana.

Whisk the wet ingridents until well combined

Make a whole in the centre of the dry ingrident and pour in the wet mixture. 

Mix both ingridents properly with a whisk or spatula. 


To fry; 

Slightly grease your non-stick pan

Pour about 1/2 cup of the mixture and spread in the pan, fry for up to four minutes or until the side facing upward isnt runny then carefully flip and fry the other side for up to two minutes, top with honey, jam or even banana slices.
