BANANA BREAD

1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 large eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled

3 large ripe mashed bananas

1 teaspoon (4 grams) pure vanilla extract

Process:
In a large bowl combine the flour, Salt, Baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and sugar together.
In a medium bowl combine the melted butter, egg, mashed banana and vanila extract and whisk to proper combine.
Pour the wet mix into the bowl of the dry ingridents and mix with a spatula or wooden spoon, mix until it is chuncky and well combined. We do not need a smooth batter so do not over mix the batter.
Transfer the batter into a greased bread pan and bake in an oven for about 60 minutes or until it is brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
