Within the week many of us parents load our kids with store bought fruit drinks because of time constraint. However during the weekend we can spend time bonding with kids making these healthy mango smoothie. It contains ginger which is very healthy and will help to prevent or fight inflammation which can be caused by eating preservative containing foods and drinks all week. This smoothie is thick and can be eaten with a spoon like ice cream.
Mango 4 large ones
Ginger 1 medium piece
Water 1 cup or less.
Peel and cut up the mango into small pieces
Peel and chop the ginger.
Place both ingridents in the blender add the water and blend!
Viola our smoothie is ready
You can consume straight away or leave in a fridge to chill.
